Service Description
We invite you to the beautiful Soma Wellness in the heart of Otley. @justbeewellbeingforchildren and @resounding_wellness_north have come together to offer a supportive and relaxing session for 7-11 years and their grown ups. Combining the holistic benefits of yoga, movement , mindfulness and a relaxing Sound Bath. This session blends high energy movement, focused yoga, calming mindful practices and a relaxing Sound Bath giving children the opportunity to explore self regulation tools, self care and moments of calm, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment.
